Who We Are

Helping to Rebuild Lives

KCCC Administrative and Management Staff

KCCC is in the business of helping people to rebuild their lives.  Our substance abuse treatment services reach out to persons who have struggled with or are struggling with addiction.  Our correctional services help those who have become implicated in the criminal justice system and need to find the door to a new beginning.  Regardless of how people reach our doors, our services help turn life problems into opportunities for a full, happy, and productive life.

We are able to provide affordable care.  Most persons who reach our doors are able to access care at no cost or low cost. Many of our services are publicly funded and available on a sliding scale cost basis.  Services are provided through funding made available from:  the Missouri Department of Mental Health, COMBAT, Office of the State Courts Administrator, the Clay, Platte, Ray Mental Health Levy Board, and through municipal courts.  Because persons can access the highest quality care at the lowest possible cost, our programs reach nearly 10,000 persons each year.

KCCC promotes the use of best practices and is committed to providing quality care to each and every person that we serve.
