Federal laws regulate what information we can and cannot release about a client. If you contact any of our program locations, please be aware that we cannot release or share information about a specific client to anyone without a release of information signed by the client. Staff answering the phone will not have that information immediately available. Staff will assist you to the extent that they can, but they will not be able to tell you whether a client is in a program or not. We encourage family members and other support providers in the client's life to request that the client sign an information release form. This helps ensure the client will maintain positive community support upon their release from a KCCC program."
